Our Warranty Promise

For two years, we’ve got you covered. If your watch experiences any issues due to materials or workmanship under normal use, we’ll repair or replace it at no additional cost. Simply reach out to our dedicated support team at concierge@vorqwatch.com with your proof of purchase and Digital Passport details (see below).

What’s Covered:

• Defects in materials or craftsmanship
• Mechanical failures under normal wear

What’s Not Covered:

• Damage from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs
